Try to look out for antihistamine, all antihistamine products do the same so don't rule out any own brand ones. One tablet a day and you don't feel any symptoms. Hope I helped. :P

I get it so bad. I've had it really bad for ages too, at first we thought I just had a cold but realised that it was just early hayfever. I just take tablets in the morning if I'm sneezing, if not I just try braving it. It's such a pain in the ass.

If you don't have it at birth, I don't believe there is anyway to get it.
Can people develop allergies?
Any who. If you don't have it, you will never have it.

Who is affected

Hay fever is one of the most common allergic conditions. It is estimated that there are more than 10 million people with hay fever in England.
Hay fever usually begins in childhood or during the teenage years, but you can get it at any age.
The condition is more common in boys than in girls. In adults, men and women are equally affected.
Hay fever is more likely if there is a family history of allergies, particularly asthma or eczema.

You can develop any allergy at any age. My mum didn't get hayfever until she was around 30/31 :P

Also been advised to use a nasal spray and regularly use my inhalers as hay fever has been making my asthma symptoms worse.

Happened when I was driving home- my eyes just suddenly watered up and I had to stop it was so bad xD

Urgh I've never had it before so I didn't realise how bad it is :/

putting vaseline around your nose stops so much pollen going into it, making it a bit better.
