Citizenship completion doesnt give you hc

I was umming and arring over buyin hc to make new rooms with the new layouts on my main so decided to get free hc on my clone and test them out.

I got and completed citizenship and it said i got vip/hc but I have no benefits (clothes rooms etc) and it still says join on the hc toolbar.

With the tour guide, all you have to do is request one though, right? Then you can just cancel straight away.

well thats what you could do but I noticed the request tour thing has been removed from help and the person that came into the desk said they couldn't do it through the citizenship track either.

You can still request a tour in the citizenship track. There is a button you press to request a tour. I think they took it away for not new habbos.
