Does anyone know what I'm supposed to put in the Building Society Roll Number box if I want to update my bank details but I'm not with a Building Society? I've tried leaving it blank but it won't accept it.

If you leave it blank it should work. I had the same problem, it wouldn't let me leave it blank.. or so I thought. Turned out I had 10 digits under account number, but you only put the first 8. Could be the same problem for you :).

I tried doing it again using Google Chrome but it kept logging me out so I tried with Internet Explorer and it's updated whilst letting me leave it blank. Thanks for your help, really appreciate it!
