For ages now I've wanted to start doing regular exercise to get fit because I want to be a police officer when I'm older. This has not happened yet. I did start but it just faded away because I'd come home from school and feel tired and then on the weekends I'd have no motivation. I've left school now (I just have to go back in for some exams) so I don't have any excuses apart from lack of motivation.

I want you to tell me what song I can listen to whilst exercising to keep motivated.

This song motivates me, maybe because it reminds me of being a free little youngin'. This was the soundtrack to my summer as a kid, and it makes me happy when I hear it! It also has a nice beat to run to.
Maybe this can remind you that you can be better than yourself now, turn into a super you. (Cough, superheros, cough) :)
