the bold solid colours with white text are the only gd 1s and look decent. they fit with the original text bubbles pretty well

I use the colours sometimes in trade city, but not the pigs/hearts/etc lol.

Ugh, this is getting way out of hand... I don't really like the idea of 100 different types of bubbles running across my screen. I'd rather keep just the plain coloured ones for users (or actually I'd just prefer the original white one and only that), and use the others on special occasions (one for bots, one for pets, one for monster plants, one for wired messages, then there's that fortune teller thing... and I guess staff could have their own special one too). All of these roses and hearts and whatnot is getting a bit excessive.

Yes they want to focus on user customization but this is just taking it too far and making it really annoying for users that only use it to socialize. Looks far too childish to me.

I think he wants feedback on the Chat BETA. So maybe make a new thread as isn't just about speech bubbles. With any videos you made too. Would be easier for the developers to see any constructive feedback.
