But things like this don't take things like muscle into account, that's why I don't really like to follow BMI. Not saying that because of what it says, because I'm in the okay area but still

BMI is an "ok" indicator for the average person, but simply looking in a mirror is really the best thing. I know loads are self-conscious and view themselves as fat in the mirror, but if you go on a diet+exercise, losing 2lb fat + gaining 2lb muscle in a week would show no movement on scales. So yeah what Phil said about BMI and muscle is correct.
I'm like 5'10
and 11 or 12st
god ur all so light, u need some muscle ;/
i dont go by BMI cos it doesn't account for muscle lol, which my legs account for alot of my weight lol

Exactly, like I personally think I look like I've lost a bit of weight when I look in the mirror but nothing different shows on the scales (so I rage quit, eat loads and the starts coming back again LOL). I just don't like things like BMI. Unless you're clinically under/over weight, as long as you're happy, who cares where you are on some stupid scale, y'know?
I fluctuate a lot in my weight because I'm a terrible eater, and have a period of 3-4 days where I don't really eat and then binge for a few days. Not on purpose :( it's just what my body craves normally.
I fluctuate from around 10.3/4st to 10.8/9st
I'm about 5'7

I'm not an idiot; I know to Google something if I don't know what it is. I was just saying that I didn't know what they were up until this point.
There's no need to sound so condescending.

It didn't come across in that way :L
Just personally, if an American posts something on here and I haven't heard of it, I would just search online and then answer the thread question lol
