Well i made a fansite but its not done yet its still under con but I've been trying to make my forum and its not
gone well and I don't know what I did wrong I need some help will some one help me

I don't know what you're talking about, but if you're trying to get to the Admin Control Panel (ACP), then do login from your Administrator account and click on the button that says Admin Panel (ACP). There you can edit all things on your MyBB forum.

That one has a different forum theme applied?

Find download the theme, upload and install it?

That's a custom theme, as it has no copyright for the original owner. I can find some more Habbo-related MyBB themes if you would like.

Tbh it's not a bad skin for a myBB site. If anyone finds any good ones send them my way please :D

Oops lol, now I feel stupid. I forgot that Habbo Emotion had layouts and user bars and stuff.
