Interview for BT +13REP

I've managed to get myself an interview for the inbound calls team at BT after successfully passing my telephone interview and completing my assessments. Does any have any experience with BT in terms of working there or having an interview themselves? I'm just looking for a few pointers to ensure I'm successful, can't stand being unemployed!

Just be confident when you go for your interview. Expect to be asked questions and just answer to the best of your ability - I worried about the "test" my employer's were concocting before my interview.. but it went fine. If you're bright and they see potential in you, you would be surprised how employable it makes you.

There are a lot of useless people in the UK. :P Do you have any experience on the phones? Your experience will probably let you down if anything.

Don't **** the interview up, you'll be fine.

They're pretty good to work for too, easy to move about, treated decently etc etc.

Thanks for the above. I have to reschedule because I forgot my paperwork, my mind went totally blank and I only realized when I reached the building that I hadn't brought anything with me.
