I don't think the red text is necessary but in all fairness is it really a problem? it's a bit of text :P

You're getting ads in french because Google thinks your native language is french based on websites you visit and/or web searches you make. Perhaps you should stop using google.fr?

I've never searched anything in french or read a french page, I only use google.com cuz its for canada n' usa

Actually https://www.google.ca/ is for canada use. And the canada bit is probably why you get stuff in french, since candadians are a mixture of american and french and some speak french sooooo

Are you sure you don't get redirected to google.ca?
why don't you just remove the text and make every1 happy
