Hello :)

A relative has just (5 days ago) opened a sim only 12 month contract with O2. Does anyone know if they are able to cancel it under the cooling off period you get with contracts? I know this works with pay monthly, do the same rules apply to sim only (in this case 12 month "Business" contract)?

I wanted to know if anyone had experience on here first, and it is easier to ask on here than phone O2 and have them badgering me to stay?
