Trophy that personalises to your name?

I didn't know that people could have trophies that when you click, it personalises to your name... Was in Boot's old skool chat room (staff picked) and clicked the silver ball trophy and was shocked when it said Hiya, e5!

Anyone else seen it before? Proof it's personalised:

There was a code that when written it said 'hiya [user]' so whichever account you were on it would say hi to you and it would display differently on every screen. People got banned for using it and everything and people abused it by spamming in rooms and making their room name that so people wanted to go in thinking they knew you etc.
