is it still good? what happened to the old characters?

i think i watched like the two seasons that were on e4 then when it changed i couldn't watch it!!

Yea it is still good. There were some really good episodes like shooting star and Jessica Sanchez sang clarity in the last eppy of season 4. Was so good!! I really just really miss the old cast singing all together, and a lot of the songs I just can't help thinking how much better it would be if it was the old cast singing them. The new cast just aren't as strong vocally imo, although jacob artist is a hottie and has a great voice. Britney has left McKinley now as well so that is another huge loss.
