Virgin Media Superhub Issues! +REP

Hi all,

I'm trying to access my Superhub control panel at 192.168.0.1 but I cannot remember my login details and performing a 'reset' isn't setting the details back to the default 'admin' & 'changeme' combination. What can I do if a reset isn't working?

I'm pressing in the reset button on the back of the hub for thirty seconds.

press it in for 30 seconds, turn it off and keep it pressed in for 30 sec, then turn it back on keeping it pressed in for 30 sec

so 1.5min of keeping it pressed in and time it cause you prob didn't do it for 30 sec

did all that and timed myself, it still hasn't reset it to default.

managed to get onto the control panel at last. another thing, if i have a sky modem will that work with superhubs modem mode?
