This question has been getting to me for a while.
How do people know when its someones birthday?
I recall it being a feature in vBulletin but where is the page?
Or do these people just know everyones birthday and post at 12AM on the dot? :D

On the topic of birthdays, when is the birthdays forum index footer thing going to be enabled? There was a unanimous Feedback thread for it two years ago but it never got added.
