No one knows Coachella, and frankly that kills me. Coachella is one of the best music festivals of all time, with average ticket sales of $400 per person at minimum. It's a 3 day festival, and 2 nights sleeping/camping outdoors with friends and new friends you end up meeting. Located in the middle of no where with just great music, drinks, and drugs.

Coachella has been nicknamed the Woodstock of our generation and let me show you the line up!

Let me know what you think?!

Not a single person that I have talked to on HxL/HxF knew about this! I am just trying to spread the word to try and get people to go to it because it will be the best time of their lives!

I've heard of it and also heard that there are designated drinking areas which sounds pretty annoying, would like to do it in the future though.

You can drink ANYWHERE in the festival. They have designated drinking booths for people who are 21 to drink FOR FREE!

So... I don't see anything annoying in that :D

If anyone ends up going, go the first weekend!

ah i just remember reading this article and it didn't specify that so assumed you could only drink in them parts http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/musicblog/2013/apr/15/coachella-10-things-learned

The line up last year was sick with Dre, Snoop & Tupac hologram, but to be honest would want to try some European festivals out prior such as Dimensions, Pukkelpop, Outlook and Tomorrowland. Also would wanna do SXSW as they have an equivalent down here in Brighton and it was pretty sick!

You don't like Indie, Dubstep, Rap, R&B, Pop.. none of those? They had all of that there during the 3 nights!

Reading this article is too funny. A lot of the stuff is inaccurate about the event. I have been going to Coachella for 5 years now and I know the ins and outs to everything.

As if anyone hasn't heard of Coachella lol but tbh of that entire lineup the only ones I'd have wanted to see were Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Wu Tang Clan, and Paul Oakenfold so not exactly worth my money

Half decent line up, but I'd rather spend my money on other things, music festivals aren't really for me :)

i always find international festivals quite interesting to see the difference in slot placements compared to uk festivals. for example you can find acts like foals, biffy clyro, jake bugg, alt-j, all in tiny font. anyway, it's usually a pretty good lineup, but for the expenses i wouldn't bother. i'd prefer a spanish festival like primavera if i was to go abroad.

hm rap & r&b kinda not for a festival though, i prefer drum & bass/garage/house/bass

fairs bruva, what are the inaccuracies of the article?, reckon @special you might dig Boomtown then this is the craziest stage I've been under
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GIylgmlTF8 seeing Calyx & Teebee, Zinc & Friction under it this year is insanse!
