What time zone does Habbo go by?

I thought it was EST, but for some reason in the back of my mind, I'm thinking it might have changed to PST?

But personally I'd go with EST (Which is EDT right now).

Honestly, I didn't know it had a time zone they go by. Especially with the combination of all the Hotels, I felt as if they didn't have a neutral time zone.
