Just started today. Any predictions?

For the Women's Singles, it's hard to put your bets against Serena, particularly on her favourite surface.

As for the Men's Singles, that's more tough, particularly seeing as Nadal is ranked here as World Number 5. Although some disagree with it, can't do much about it as he did have a massive layoff and a poor grass court season last year. This essentially means that he is on a crash course with Federer in the Semis, Murray in the Quarters and Djokovic in the Final- depending on the respective outcomes obviously. Djokovic has the easiest draw, so he'll get through to the Final no problem. Although, it's hard to say which one of the other three will join them.

Any thoughts? Also, feel free to use this thread to discuss anything related to this year's tournament!

I'm exceedingly happy with Nadal being knocked out first round, as much of a shame as it is. Can only really make the Top 4's campaign a lot easier. Always love the start of Wimbledon, gets me in the summer-y mood!

Laura lost the match 7-6, 7-5. Such a shame, her serve was perfect however her movement around the court was definitely what let her down. Definitely a future star in the making.

Serena's loss comes as a shock for me, although it bodes well for Na. She won her QF place so well, 6-2 6-0. That's a Serena win tbh, especially against 11th seed. Murray is up 3-2 atm so should go well.
Shame that Nishikori lost to Seppi on saturday, especially when he played so well through injury

I don't think murray is playing badly, its just that to try to play against a first serve which usually hits over 130 and a second serve which usually hits 110 must be so hard ;o
