First, I'd listen to the community.

Battleships
Old-school snow-storm with more options
More wired to make habbo a better place
original competitions and fun games
good prizes
promote coins more through competitions (it is a business after all)
hire more decent staff

Definitely work to bring back Battleball. Bring back regional offices which someone mentioned earlier were removed. Maybe introduce mini games where you can play with credits and then potentially win credits, so like you might call it a casino where you can't get scammed :P. Idk really.. if I actually became the owner I'd have a lot more plans but just pretending to be doesn't really make me think of anything :L.

1. Bring back battleball, and SOME public rooms.

2. Hire more staffs (not too many) (INTERNATIONAL - MEANING FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES). Different staffs will assist in hosting events at different times, and hosting at a general fair time (i.e. everyone roughly can participate in)

3. Bring back forums and groups.

4. Have a better moderation team, and stop banning/muting for no purposes / trivial matter and really ban and mute those that really need it.

5. Improve the campaigns, and bring in more campaigns. More promotions and advertisements to gain more money~~~~

6. Spare a thought for SG/MY/PH habbos. Like for real.

I'd bring back the old public rooms and thumb my nose at the people who thought bringing them back was pointless because those rooms were pixel perfect works of art AND everyone loved hanging out in them.

I'd probably strip it right back to how it was when I first used it in 2005! Basic hotel views, smaller rooms, a more concise catalogue, more interactive staff, rares, credits, Hobbas - ah, the days!

Unmute mods, better rares (not overpriced ltd's), better moderations to remove senseless bans and mutes, get more involved with fansites as they're quite a large source for habbo players by letting them have limited mod powers in the rooms (i.e. Let Rosy have all of the abilities that mattg has in hxhd. More in client minigames (not on the game section on client but in rooms like wobble squabble and battle ball). Better promotions!

You have to remember the majority of people couldn't buy their weekly shopping, nevermind run a firm!

I guess if you look at a game from a gamers perspective, you are bound to fail - if you happen to be a gamer that is. Since everything a normal person wants in an economy would be to be super rich etc, but no economy can sustain itself on this absurd generosity :L

Probley bring back an Aussie office to accommodate Australian and times that run closly to Australian times to host events etc, as at the moment its ridiculous we have to stay up to about 2am to get a LTD
