Cool Desktop Applications

My desktop needs spicing up. Any cools apps people would suggest for it?
Maybe a fancy clock? Animation? Weather? I don't know :P

i know its not an app in a way :/
but you could try scratch animation, i personally think its lots of fun!

Get a cool hd wallpaper and that's all you need? Just search on google "HD wallpaper"

I preffer Performance > Look

There are some pretty good tutorials to spice it up with different options ;)
