I prefer normal coke but too many calories!! so coke zero for me, since it has a really similar taste to normal coke. Not really fond of diet coke. It tastes fake and weird but I will take it.

Well, I only drink Coke. I think like this Change the soda i take dont change anything. Changes comes with sports. Run a little everyday and you won't change nothing in what youe eat. But if you have a specific problem then you'd change to JUICE.
