Do you have any comfort foods you enjoy in particular?

I would consider anything with chocolate in it a comfort food for me :love: wbu!!?

chocolate or curry for me probably. mainly curry atm though because chocolate just makes me feel guilty afterwards cause of the sugars and calories :(

Crisps or sandwiches really.

But I eat them all the time anyway... so I guess just food.

YES BECAUSE CURRY IS SUCH A CALORIE-FREE THING TO EAT

I don't eat comfort food, I just bake it and then get other people to eat it for me :'(

YE BUT I MEANT AS A DINNER FOR THAT WHILE CHOCOLATE A SNACK PLS :(

so yea like if curry is a dinner doesn't matter if it has calories pls cause it needs some to keep you going

I don't comfort eat; I only eat to satisfy my hunger. I don't understand why people don't understand that emotional eating doesn't fix emotional problems, and if they do then why do so? Actually, surely it makes you feel worse? Your emotional problem remains and now you’re feeling guilty for over indulging? Work on your willpower, deal with the problem and feel good about yourself. Don’t pig out on a load of calories your body doesn't need!
