A Connecticut couple held their wedding reception at McDonald's. The newlyweds said they chose the fast food restaurant, because that's where they spent so many romantic dates.

This isn't at all surprising, and makes sense. If they have spent dates going there then it has some sentimental value. It's quite sweet, in a way.

least catering isn't an issue.

sadly it happens all the time. I understand why they did it but to me a wedding is a special day a once in a lifetime (usually ha) event so I'd rather do it somewhere different
