Lol that video looks kool but lets be honest, we all know there is never more than 1-2 moderators on .com at any given them and they can't speak English well. I wonder if that women was a paid actress :o

Never knew that was guaja's job. I found the video pretty interesting and it was a nice thing for them to show the users, however we all know that the full office of workers are not all moderators for Habbo :rolleyes:

It's strange, the video shown her moderating habbo.com and looking after the moderators but the moderation for .COM is outsourced to Concentrix. However, http://puhekupla.com/en/staff shows her as "User care - Manager Sr" so it would probably mean that it was the Madrid office shown in the video which has community managers like Powertoo and people who oversee moderation. Maybe that was an actress, but I know that the Brazil hotel moderators aren't outsourced and the smaller ones like .no, .se and .fi recently have dropped the outsourced mods and made the community managers do it.

I loved how everyone looked busy replying to tickets but we never get them for 1/2 months down the line!
Training must be really shocking cuz they can't do their job correct, Get banned/muted for anything.
I didn't know habbo had all them staff in one place most got few from the streets.
They didn't really show us what a mod does they showed how to report members crap video!

Are you sure? Personally I think she looks like powertoo and if you can hear on her accent, it sounds like she's German and that wouldn't be so wrong either since powertoo works as a staff at the German hotel aswell (Danase26). They probably just took that account or something like that, lol

Alot of it is done via the habbo helpers bullying thing, so that's no mods and also a lot of it is also automated cos they get so many...
