Personally, I don't think that it really matters what a person sounds like and it's what on the inside that counts (cheesey as it may sound). What do you guys think?

defiantly not.

Nope. It gives them character.

I know a couple of people with various conditions including Stammering and Sigmatism and they're both great. Speech impediments don't define a person... but sadly there are people that will ridicule you if you're not perfect.

Depends, I don't think it would bother me a whole lot. Maybe a little

In all honesty, if they had a voice that I found annoying it would be a turn off

I'm not sure on this one, I'm a very understanding person and so i would probably not really care if they are a genuine nice person. On the other hand I can't really say until i'm in that situation as to whether or not I could put up with it in the long term.

When I started sixth form, I saw someone I liked across the room. Few days later, I finally got near them and heard them speak and I said "nope" and walked away.

So yes, voices can be a turn off.

Meh. I feel bad if I say what I'm actually thinking but...

I guess I would a little. In France there was a lad there who had a super super deep voice *i know its not a voice problem or whatever ok* and it just annoyed me so much so I may have avoided him a little. I guess the same would go for someone who had a actual problem etc because if I found it annoying/irritating, naturally I'm gonna avoid them ;s

But if I liked them enough I'd get over it

That's not really a speech problem though, you just can't pronounce I's - which I've never even noticed when skyping you

I don't think I would be, it's something that makes them unique! I also think that if you're very close with someone with speech problems you start to just understand them and not even think about it after a while, so it wouldn't be a problem.

Um depends on how bad it was or if it really impacted things. I would really depend though.

I'm quite shallow.

Depends, if it was a lisp, then omg so sexy..

But if it was like some highpitched echo voice or whatever, then nah.

I get irritated and uncomfortable easily and would probably end in stabbing their face with a blunt ass knife
