Wanted: Customer Support Information.

Hello,

We from Puhekupla are currently doing a bit of research, and it is time to look into the Player Support of Habbo.com during 2010 - 2012. We know that back then the Player Support was done by normal office staff (like Tallespin, Samie, Inari), and by Moderators of Habbo Singapore. Currently we do not know which Moderators during that time helped with the Player Support, and so we could really use your help to find out!

If you have mailed with the Habbo Help Tool during 2011-2012, we need your information!
We'll really love you if you have time to look into your Habbo Help Tool (link: (https://help.habbo.com/requests?filter=solved) https://help.habbo.com/requests?filter=solved. Could you please give us the names of the Player Support Agents who replied between May 2010 and Feb 2012. This would really really really help us a lot!

On February 28th 2011, I had a reply in 3 days of my ticket being made by Nikita, then Daisy replied to the same ticket and then richard5981, before the ticket was closed.

On April 17th 2011, I had a reply within 4 days from Richard5981

On June 7th 2011, I had a repy within 7 hours from Zamros

On June 20th 2012, I had a reply within 3 days from Cleo
