Right, normally their's three meals in a day, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

I know some people who call there Dinner their Tea (the third meal) or their Lunch their dinner.

What do you call it Tea or Dinner?

The hierarchy of meals goes: Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Tea, Dinner, Supper.
Obviously we all know what breakfast brunch and lunch is. But Tea is exclusively tea and something like scones or such like
Dinner is the meal that is the main meal which some refer to as tea or supper but it is in fact known as dinner
Supper is a lighter meal eaten when a larger lunch has been consumed earlier in the day.
So in fact Breakfast Lunch Dinner or Breakfast Lunch Supper are both correct, but tea not actually a meal more of a lunch date doesnt really fit in.
