Suppose you're stealing from someone else so is it solving a problem and creating one in itself?

It is bad of course, but you have no option. So if you're going to steal to save your life and perhaps a child's life, at least steal from someone that isn't poor! And try to return it back when you're back to normal.

Depends,
If we take Jeremy Bentham's theory of Utilitarianism then the morally correct answer would consist of the result of the reaction bringing the greatest good for the greatest number.
It could be argued stealing it, would lead to a least number of good effecting the bread maker, and his income to provide for his family so morally it could be wrong that way.
Or to be seen the stealer giving his food for his family making more people happy for the greatest good.
