My Events Application

Hey guys,

About a month ago, I placed an application applying to rejoin the Events team. Well, I have YET to get a yes or a no over the application. Managers are supposed to reply to users weather they got it or not.

Now I did talk with Alex (Smurfed) in game one day and he said that he was waiting on more applications.

Here's where this comes down...

Today (American Time), Yesterday (UK Time) 2 more events hosts were hired. I think there is something against me joining the team...

I want justice on this please. Thanks guys.

Unsuccessful applicants are not always contacted, there is nothing which says managers have to do this. You can assume if you haven't been contacted you have not been successful, as only those chosen will be PM'd. So the statement about managers being supposed to reply whether people have got it or not isn't always true. Of course its nice to happen and does happen sometimes, but its not always physically possible, and just like in the real world, you don't always hear back from job applications.

If you ask the events manager directly then of course he will be able to tell you the outcome and give you guidance for future applications I'm sure.

How long ago did you PM? Im sure he will reply once he gets chance! :) and if hes missed it then im sure he will reply once he views this thread.

This thread was pretty pointless and achieved nothing... I wish you all the best of luck in your application however a simple VM to Alex or even asking him on Habbo would have done the trick.
