It's not just you, it's annoying if you want to turn trading on or off in an event!

i think every room i just trade now and maybe it comes up for everything you type instead of the tags?

i think the bit in vip/chat might have something to do with the distance that you can hear people without shouting?:S

yh it is and it controls to hide walls and the thickness of walls and floors, but the prnt screen was about the massive gap, the vip/chat parts been there for ages

yeah i think thats for howmany squares away you can hear someone type/talk so if you put 1 in the small box you can only see what people say if theyre 1 block away from u
