It's perfectly okay as is anything that does not harm or take advantage of others.

Some communities are intolerant to things they cannot understand; not being able to think subjectively on topics is a sign of stupidity.

The nature/nurture debate on homosexuality is still going strong. Being gay is definitely not a choice, unless you are bi-sexual. If you are straight, can you simply choose to be gay? No. If you are gay, you cannot choose to be straight either.

Homosexuality should definitely not be banned.

I don't believe it's long, nor do I believe you can choose. You can choose whether you want to come out and say it, but again it's only when you're ready should you come out.

If you're gay, bisexual, lesbian or the likes it shouldn't be banned, we don't ban those who are different to us, and if you're gay and your friend isn't that's you being different to them - if we banned everything that was different then really it would be a boring, uninteresting place.

I think gays are much more accepted in todays society. There's nothing wrong with being gay.. you can't change the way you feel.

All the major Abrahamic religions (specifically Christianity and especially Islam) forbid acting on homosexuality ... if you think any different then you´ve fallen for the guff that the unChristian, social democratic Church of England puts out.

Whether you agree that acting upon it is wrong is another debate altogether, but I really can´t stand it when people bend the Holy Book and thousands of years of religious teachings to create the illusion that it´s approved of ... again, something the CoE does quite often.

Um not really ... think of the CoE doing to the Bible what the Conservative Party does to conservatism and you´ll get my point. Again though, many will dismiss the Bible as waffle and thats a fair position to take ... but what isnt a fair position to take is twisting the Bible totally out of context as the CoE does. :P
