Tokens - habbo prizes

Hey. Why don't you do some competitions to win habbo furniture and/or habbo coins?

E.g. For every 10,000 tokens you get, you could get 20c I don't know, or the person with the most tokens earned at the end of the week/month/something wins an amount of coins/furniture. Could be supplied with coins from the competition dept. don't know.

It'd most certainly increase forum activity, for the habbo users that don't have much.

(10k tokens is just an example, I don't know how much, same with prize or whatever lol)

The forum wouldn't be able to do it because I don't have any credits and we don't have any forum funds either. If other departments want to do this then they're free to do so.

yeah it'd be good if the competitions dept could do it, as a weekly or monthly thing

It was my intention to bring this to Habbox but a balance needs to be found between providing goals that are motivating to work towards without bankrupting Habbox at the same time. Not really high that no-one bothers, not really low that we're giving out thousands of coins out a month. It's a tricky thing to get right especially when it's been going for a long time already and points have already been accumulated.

I like this idea and I think it's been talked about a lot before - doesn't necessarily need to be cred prizes but if you reach a certain amount then you get an extra prize or something? I know the events dept has as a furni fund or something which could be used?

I certainly would like to see tokens be used more as a forum currency to be won in order to exchange for other things - habbo creds, vip, rep w.e

It'd be nice, but Habbox probs can't afford it. With big events like HxSS having huge jackpots (when you add all the winners up) and the lottery each month, they're already giving out a lot. The fact that some people have 10,000+ tokens already doesn't help because they'll just instantly claim them :(
