No it's never been released. It's called a 'Target Wall' apparently and it was for a US and CA promotion in 2010. You can see it with a lot of other unreleased items here: http://habboxwiki.com/Unreleased_items.

Yeah it was for the Twilight: New Moon at Target campaign, I always thought it was gorgeous. I'd love if it was released!

It's for some promotion when Habbos buy credits from a particular store or so for the US and CA hotel back then. During the twilight campaign or so, if im not wrong. Seen there before in the hotel like only once or twice.

On the side note, they are so nice and will look good in halloween-themed rooms.

They probably won't be tradable though will they, so you'd need to find people and drop them in a group room :P.

Those from the US and CA Hotels, however, I'd be more inclined to say the US players due to the fact that if CA ones didn't merge they would lose the item. Also if you look for that badge on the article if a player has that then they should have the item if they're not tradable.

To clear things up: there are 1000 of them and they aren't tradeable. And they were NEVER released on the Canadian hotel, only the USA hotel.
