i used to have low self esteem blamin myself for everything n only looking at 'negatives' but changed my mindset and just accept myself, the good and the bad. i'd say my self-esteem is average, i don't fancy myself but whenever anything bad happens i don't take it out on myself or call myself names and i don't dwell too much on it, just accept im not going to be the most attractive, funniest, smartest, nicest person around AND THAT IS OK.

before i got in a serious relationship my self-esteem was really bad, but since then i feel it's a lot better than it was. i don't have major mega self-esteem it's just pretty alright :P

I have a pretty high self esteem. I don't care what people think. I care about other people but don't care of their opinion if all they are is negative, I can take both though. Sometimes comes across as big headed but I'm not at all, I'm just confident in who I am. Except hockey, I know i'm amazing at hockey...

Depends on the time. I could have months of high self esteem, and then one day something might just flip it over to the other side for god knows how long.

very high. i used to pretend to think i was excellent and then slowly over time i realised that i actually was pretty excellent and now i fully believe i am brilliant.

my life isn't perfect but i am a fantastic person who tries their best so yeah. self belief is good.

I have pretty low self esteem but I feel it is getting better, I'm getting much more confident. I think being in a relationship and having someone there to boost your esteem and to encourage you really helps

But I can act on stage and perform very easily. It's mostly social situations and such that get to me. If I know the people, though, I am absolutely fine. It's odd -- it varies.

I'm "working on it" for uni, but I've been "working on it" for years now. I only started feeling unconfident from about year 10/11. I honestly don't know what happened; over time, I just withdrew from a confident class clown to a literal introvert. I started having panic attacks and social anxiety at the same time, so I'm putting it down to that.

My self esteem has always been low, i don't know why exactly but its never been high at all, although i guess in some ways it's improving very slowly!

i have close to no self esteem, i blame myself for almost everything and i find it really hard to find quality in myself. online i'm a lot more confident, on habbo especially because people can't notice your flaws as easily as they can in person. i put my low self esteem down to my panic and anxiety disorders, yet i am confident when i'm performing because really performing is the only thing i think i am good at and i'm mostly very negative about everything else i do.
