Technically we already have a second person who has server access. This issue required someone at the datacenter of where the server is hosted to sort it out. Unfortunately only Jin currently has that access to the support area, Tom has asked him if he can have access to that area in case we need it again in the future. We have no idea if we will be granted that access so we can only hope but we should blame Jin for having a heavy night and passing out early.

LOL. That explains why I always had problems with BT whenever my clients at my old work would report internet issues. Alwayssss BT!

Yeah I'm not having a knock at you, I get that you're doing it all for free whereas stuff like that should probably be paid. Just bizarre timing to do it now, I'm sure you get where I'm coming from.
