If your in the crew you can do heists with your crew members (You can only do this if your crew has XP) which ours has, you can fight other crews etc.

Oh and we'll rank you up in the hierarchy if we know/trust you and whatever.

It took me 20 tries to begin with. Then I went on story mode for 20 minutes, tried 5 more times or so and it worked.
But I'm froze on the car race thing...

That happens to me :( I got passed the race and the next mission. After the race you have to go to a meeting place and in the cut scene there was some random dude there and he got in the car with me and decided he wanted to drive lmao. I have no idea what happened after that but all the real life players went invisible :(

is that the first mission?

The first mission has been bugged all day and will begin to load other players and crash, then after that it says make your way to the race target or something which doesn't exist so you're unable to complete the mission lol

yeah i gave up for a while went offline, when i came back i instantly got into a world with crew Yupt; was there at least, so i'd imagine it was crew) done the first race, then a drug deal and a store robbery so mine seems to be fine now :p

Just no-one on that i usually play with so just came off again, but lets me back in every time fine

Even though it was short lived I was getting to enjoy the online experience. Hopefully the cloud servers are back up and it's all running a bit smoother tomorrow night when I'm home from work. First day though so it was expected to be hammered! Let's hope it improves eh.

apparently if you turn off your console while you're stuck in the gta online race loading thing, you're storymode gets corrupt. I read it only on one site so I don't know if it actually would, but I just thought I'd say lol

Having a lot of fun with GTAO so far, just some really big issues that are making it a bit of a pain, paying nearly $1k for every death in DM game modes? Seriously?
And the fact that they built up the heists for the multiplayer only to not actually include them yet.

I sincerely hope that they get rid of the hospital bills for doing DM game modes, that's just stupid

I've never turned my Xbox off when I see those symbols. Although on single player I've started to quick save every so often due to what happened to me on first day.

Well I have to admit i'm loving online, all this time we can actually play with our friends and how often the rockstar cloud is up - it's really quite impressive. I'm so glad that they sorted everything out prior to release and had plenty of space ready.

If I joined Online by the 4th character or someone inviting me into the game then it doesn't load my character, but if I go into the solo lobby it loads my character then I can go on other games

Not sure If it helped but on the Xbox I cleared the system cache, deleted the update. Started GTA, install the update and created a brand new character and now I'm able to play online.

Would be good if crews could share garages but I don't believe you can? As you have to buy the place for yourself to be able to do that. Maybe I'm wrong..

Incorrect. You can play with people from your console only, as with any game :(
