Safety Lock Issue :(

I need advice on the Habbo Safety Lock feature. I have never set the safety lock features and upon logging in to the same computer at the same location: my client all of a sudden has asked me to verify the safety questions. A: I didn't set them, B: same location, C: I can't do anything on habbo apart from talk. wah!

Has anyone else had this issue and know how can I solve it?

Are you sure no one else has accessed your account and placed it on your name? I would email Habbo and if not try to answer the questions as you would have answered them - open a ticket if needs be!

I am guessing that is the only thing that could have happened, I have never set the questions. I had a quick go, but my least favourite food when I was a child... urrrrr? Sent a help ticket, what's the wait time normally like?

sadly I am not, the habbo help tool is incredibly unhelpful. i suggest trying to remember your least favourite food.

They've replied back straight away, I need to send them a load of information before they can do anything. gr.

There has been an update on this I believe, I logged on my account on my tablet and locked my account. Usually, when I then go back on my laptop it wasn't locked anymore as it's trusted. However, I did this today and upon logging on via my laptop it informed me that the safety lock had been put on my account. So, I just clicked I locked it myself, didn't yours say that at all?

That didn't happen for me, it simply wouldn't let me past the pop-up box asking for what was my dream job and what was my worst food. My account was accessed from another location and the lock was set up. Sorted the problem with habbo out, but they've advised me to change email address and password and to answer the lock questions myself.
