I think that's why we don't have any opening hours, alongside the fact it's one of the biggest hotels. If they had opening hours they couldn't be fair to every time zone, as when would they close and open it? When many of us may be asleep those from New Zealand, Singapore and Australia will be awake :P.

The coder was probably English, and codes in English for it to then be translated into whatever language needed.
