If you actually knew what you were talking about then you'd know that DC has some of the strictest gun laws in the country with both open carry and conceal and carry being banned. Yet strangely enough (and yet again) another shooting takes place in exactly the kind of environment that you lot want to bring about. I'm sure your for 'Gun free zones' too - despite many of the shootings taking place in those areas. Use some common sense.
