I started making these about a week ago. So far, I really enjoy alterations. These are badges that are all, other than the first one, altered versions of official Habbo artwork. I would enjoy come constructive criticism as well as tips. I used GIMP on these badges.

The other two are uploaded somewhere too..

The black outline is really bad on the bottom three whereas the is no outline at all on the top one. Try making the lines a little smoother like the two I posted above :)
Also the badge size for client is 40x40 pixels which yours are above.

another tip would be to save it as a .png not a .gif
