I've probably just missed this but why is there an arrow above me when I click on myself and other people?

Achievement score is also missing from your profile and little black box (when you click on a user)

Seriously I don't even know what Habbo are doing anymore.

They removed actions, such as Sit. (you can still do :Kiss :idle etc, but not sit)
They removed achievement scores
They Put this annoying floating arrow when you click someone
They removed being able to see someones name when you hover over them.
You can't change your Motto from the small box that appears when you click yourself.

But they don't do updates that need doing, such as being able to move open stickies around on the page.

They are trying to hard to bring Old school back because that's when most people played, but by doing this they're just making it worse & more annoying.

If you click the wall or floor it will go away.

I think they're just trying to bring a bit of old school back, but they've removed some newer features that were actually wanted such as sit, even signs really as they helped when you're muted. For those who have been on Habbo a while it'll be a little more fine as they know how to do the shortcuts to use the actions, but newer players won't.

I like these changes, I think they look neater. Anything that removes excess, unused features is good in my opinion. I only wish that Achievement Scores had some sort of purpose. They could have given us some sort of reward for them, otherwise there was really no point.

Habbo seem to have messed up a bit here. Frankly, I find it annoying that I can't change my mission from the infomatic, though they really have cleaned it up a bit. I loathed the rotating blue arrow when it was brought out in Beta, after they abandoned the original yellow hovering one (which didn't move at the speed of light!).

I usually try and support Tashload.com - but it appears to be down (http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/tashload.com) atm, I never use Imgur though, too much cropping and not a rapid service, but I see people on Reddit use it as their go-to.

part of me does wonder whether some of these changes have been done on purpose to show how terrible old habbo was. i doubt it but serves as a good reminder...

it always made me laugh when people screamed and cried for old habbo whilst boosting their achievement score, using relationships, hovering over users to see names, using marketplace, searching for furni in their inventory, using the bulk buy option in catalogue, using new furniture items, creating 'big' rooms and... well i could go on for a long time

think you get my point and if you don't it is that people who want 'old' habbo either didn't play old habbo or have overlooked how many of the 'new habbo' updates have been useful

achivements score doesnt even take up much space on the profiles, removing it has achieved nothing. removing it will make no1 happy but will make a lot of ppl mad.

I think some people just like being nostalgic when it comes to old habbo but some of the new features work better. Like people singing bring the hand and old public rooms back. The new inventory is more useful and old public rooms were DEAD when they were removed, which everyone seems to forget. I don't really care if achievement scores do not return. When boosters and stuff became the norm habbo got boring. They had the hover feature on old habbo though and I hate not having it so hopefully it comes back soon.

I agree but disagree also. It's like when snowstorm and homepages was re released, Paul Lafo and his annoying suckups were all 'you guys just moaned for them and then they weren't even used'. That was only because half the original features were not there. eg. Couldn't pick your own teams on ss and homepages had no guestbooks. Is it any wonder why they don't have the same popularity. Anyway I didn't see people crying out to have useful features like hover, and signs/commands removed so people could have an arrow over their head??

The amount of errors that have occured is tremendous. I managed to put a list together

Shop:
- Can't name pets
- A lot of shop pages say 'lorem ipsum' and 'product description'
- The furni viewer is the old one, not the new one that uses your wallpaper and flooring
- Shop pages that have images of Habbos talking have their speech bubble chat in grey and doesn't fit in chat box.
- Pet page is all expanded out and things overlap
- 6 for price of 5 gone
- All HC gifts show 'lorem ipsum' as the name and description.
- The loyalty rewards 'points' on the loyalty rewards page overlap the box
- Avatar shop pages still show 'Pumpkins' as the currency
- Groups image disappeared from 'Habbo groups' page
- Best seller page shows 'pumpkins' as the currency
- Bots page messed up and doesn't show the text
- Furni that is x4 doesn't show the x4 sign anymore. For example plant seed on 'Monster plant seed' page

The catalogue was absolutely fine before. It was actually one of the things that hardly needed fixing at all! Sulake just seem to be creating their own problems at the moment and are wasting their own time and resources 'fixing' the most trivial of things, when they could be doing something far more constructive!

the arrow's getting on my nerves so much. it is pointless wats the point?? i click on some1 and their infostand pops up blocking out the arrow. i click into the blackness so their infostand and habbo window thing goes away but the arrow is still there. im not clicked on that habbo any more so wat is the point in the arrow? i dont need an arrow over some1 im not clicked on.....

When I say I want old habbo back, what I mean is.... The way the UI looked, the competitions and staff, the values of furniture (which obviously can't come back), battleball and snowstorm. I'm pretty sure they had battleships and chess too, they were fun, but I might be thinking of a different site. Just stuff like that. Oh and definitely the old fonts lol.

What I hate most of all the rubbish you get up in the top right like room information, credits, duckets, join hc and what not. It should be instantly minimised when you enter a room and you can look at it if you so choose. It completely blocks that side of the screen especially if the information box for habbos or furni is active on the bottom right.

The new font would be OK (and I see how Volter can be outdated in places), but why on earth does it have to be so large? A size or two smaller for the font would work just fine and look aesthetically better as well.

I pretty much completely agree with your post, it was the way the staff were, the competitions and the interaction with users should seemed so much better before. Your right about battleships etc too, I think it was Foxes Game Hall on the AU (or something like that?) and they were nice little games. I still insist the old-old-old-old orange homepage was awesome with the Pixel Press.

I love the new trade settings, room owner can only trade or all users can trade. Now rooms don't have to be on the TRADE section. yay! Plus there are some new codes for camera and cat furni releases!

Apart from the shop font, today's improvements (trade in room settings etc) have been fairly okay.. I miss hover though where you could see a users Habbo name from hovering your mouse over them.

What is this madness! The new font looks hideous for furniture names! PLEASE bring back Volter for the catalogue, it just looks better.





I think they're trying to make the catalogue look more contemporary and 3D/glossy (given the button toning), but failing miserably.

I agree but disagree also. It's like when snowstorm and homepages was re released, Paul Lafo and his annoying suckups were all 'you guys just moaned for them and then they weren't even used'. That was only because half the original features were not there. eg. Couldn't pick your own teams on ss and homepages had no guestbooks. Is it any wonder why they don't have the same popularity. Anyway I didn't see people crying out to have useful features like hover, and signs/commands removed so people could have an arrow over their head??

ditching the old stacking way - because of changing the type of coding language and it's apparently hard to remake what was first a glitch. Also I'm sure I saw the staff say 'to finally be able to have the full potential for rollers'. I can't guarantee that and no idea what it means.
