1. Activate the quest under the quests Tab
2. Go into the Theatredrome and into the teleport in the bottom left of the screen
3. Stand here (where the bald man is):

By the way I ended up going to the far teleport behind the stage as it was less crowded and you were still able to do the quest and receive the badge.
