They should be sending out reminders before the date comes up but by the looks of it Jin hasn't received any of them.

It did that to me last year, I couldn't access it for about a week.

I can't remember if it was this incident, but if you're using 'http://' try 'www.' instead - like I said I can't remember whether it was this incident that helped it last time. However, one time it did work using the different ones :P.
