What's the difference between VIP and Donator?

What's the difference between VIP and Donator? And if you buy them with tokens, is there a difference? (other than the fact you pay for donator)

Oh and there is no difference between the vip you win or the vip you buy with tokens other than the colours.

The ones exclusive to VIP I have put in green. Donator is also cheaper and I'm pretty sure it can't be won whereas VIP can. Also, I'm not 100% sure but I think the the VIP colours you get with tokens are exclusive to VIP.

Just if it means anything, I generally see people sell donator at about 10c a month and VIP at 20c a month.
