How do you brush your teeth?

I do this

Firstly;

Wet the toothbrush
Apply Toothpaste
Wet Toothbrush


Then;
Brush bottom set of teeth for 1 minute
Brush top set of teeth for 1 minute
Brush tongue 3 times

put toothpaste on, wet the toothbrush, brush my teeth do one side, then the other, then fronts..then really just brush all around for abit, then spit and wet toothbrush, then brush it again a bit more, then spit again.

Then i use mouthwash and swirl it round my mouth then spit

I bought some really expensive toothbrush a few weeks ago (my first electric) and it's amazing

i wet and turn my toothbrush on and try like clean it just incase
Put some toothpaste on, wet it a little
brush brush bit of water brush brush different sectors of my mouth for like 3 mins then rinse my mouth out n clean toothbrush again
sometimes i try my tongue if im brave

maybe another spit

done

Can't say I really have a routine I just go mad with the toothbrush generally until I feel I've cleaned them enough

i remember being told not to wet brush as it dilutes the toothpaste, i put toothpaste on brush then brush teeth, only wet it at end to clean the brush

I too am shocked this is a discussion lol but anyway

Put the paste on the brush
Put a little water on it
Brush like mad for 3-4 minutes
Rinse with mouthwash

Wet the toothbrush, put toothpaste on, wetting it again is optional for me. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

Put my teeth together and brush the front and count to twenty (idk, habit), do the left side for twenty seconds and then the right or twenty seconds. Then I separate my teeth and do the same for each set of teeth.?
It all adds up to three minutes and that's how long you're supposed to do it so I'm all good.

Wet the tooth brush, apply toothpaste, brush everywhere? I don't know.. I don't have specific times for each area..
But I do listen to music to help time my brushing. Usually at least 5 minutes.
