First of all, moderation is still outsourced, so they're not leaving Sulake, they would be leaving their company. And heck, they might not even be doing that. Their boss might have redirected them to moderate another website.

Secondly, you do realise that people can leave a job on their own accord? It's not Sulake's fault about 'no consistency' if an employee actually wants to leave...

I am aware that they outsource all of their community services, yes. And yes I am aware it is not Sulake's fault, but most companies would like to pride themselves on retaining staff. But I guess they could of just been re-assigned.

I guess the staff have gone on to bigger and better things, its not exactly a long-term career, online (remote) moderation.
