Great movies have great casts, and in your head you can hardly imagine how any other actor or actress could convincingly play the roles of those brilliant characters. If any one film stands out in my head for great character representation, I think it’s Forrest Gump. Arguably Forrest is Tom Hanks most famous character and his greatest work. For this competition I want you to replace the actors and actresses of the cast of Forrest Gump with people who you think could do a good job in the present day. Below are the characters that I want you to recast.
