It's a shame Sulake doesn't work in the UK as this would be nice for my computing coursework!

Helsinki - Finland is my guess since It's the capital, and the article's in Finnish.

Such a shame they don't open up the opportunities internationally.

I would assume they have done it in their home country due to the fact most if not all development Sulake do is in done in their HQ. Plus if they did it internationally to get those people to the HQ would cost a bit in terms of travel. It would still be good if they did do it in some of other countries though, maybe they will in the future. Who knows!

They have three offices, they used to have more back in the day but the current ones are the following:

Product and Technology Center (HQ) - Finland
User Care Center - Madrid, Spain
Social Media Center - London, UK

They should have sent a team to the UK, no offense but the best gamers are from there IMO. then again - you always have that odd person who is great in random countries.

That would be really inpractical. People would still have to travel hundreds of miles even if they lived in the same country.
