Miley Cyrus has been a hot topic in the press these past couple of months and with her bizarre outfits and actions during award shows I am not surprised. However, it's not all bad, her songs have been going up in the charts and what more could you want? For this competition, I want to dwell on her outfits a little more and test your knowledge.
