Tea Tree Oil works a charm. Otherwise keep your face clean and wash particularly spotty areas regularly and just hope. spots suck though lol :(

When I get dry spotty skin, usually in the winter.. :( I put 2 drops of tea tree oil in a a handful of moisturiser and leave it overnight.. When you wake up..

BOOM

Most of the redness gone and a dry free face :]

I don't know your personal situation but for me, I love using tea tree oil. It works wonders with my skin.

Perhaps, steam your face, unclog your pores, and apply the tea tree oil. It should help reduce the spots..

Depends on what type of spots you have though...
