Banned For buying Mystic duck in the marketplace....

So yesterday i bought mystic duck in the marketplace. and today im banned , and it says You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "This account has been engaging in suspicious credit furni trading activity. Please contact Player Support for further information.".

I earned the credits slowly over time from trading. i bought the duck from mp after exchanging my gbs.

Now im banned. thanks habbo I paid 4545c for the duck, i had 95gbs now i only have 4 and im banned.. i better get my money back...

If you are old enough to, contact player support and leave some very negative messages. Demand a contact number for sulake head office and demand a member of management contact you within 48 hours. When I had a similar issue, my account was back open within 12 hours. The moderation side of habbo is pathetic, even when it's down to their own fault and poor systems.

I hope you get your account back up and running.

Not to make it a competition but my account's cleared of ~12k due to Habbo's customer support being non existant.

Please If you have nothing nice to say , keep it to yourself. I worked very hard for my goldbars, my badges show , an insane ammount of hours played, and i am honest , have nothing to hide.

I Really Feel I have been done wrong here by habbo. anybody who knows me will say that I am cheap , but honest and never dodgy.

From reading through the thread it looks like you actually seem to have gained 850c from someone that bought them illegally and it caught up with you. Seems nothing to do with the duck tbh. Does that not mean that they are on someone else's account then..? Flukes like these happen often. A few years ago my friend Cornis (I think) won 10 Granite Fountains from a Bingo game. A few hours later he was permed by the staff, accused of possessing 'stolen' furniture. He phoned up the actual office in charge of running the hotel and yelled at the representative until they conceded and unpermed his account. I don't know if the hotel has a phone number anymore, or for that matter any method of contact other than email. I would certainly look into it.

Mistakes like these happen all too often. I can definitely emphasize with you, and receiving replies from the staff with completely unrelated emails is just rubbing salt in the wounds. Even HEARING something like this happening to someone else enrages me, because it could very well happen to me one day. The fact that there are very few avenues for someone in this situation to persue is quite frankly ridiculous, yet unavoidable when dealing with businesses that rely so heavily on outsourcing.

If you can't get your account back, you should simply cut your losses and move on to a more reputable site. I know it's a hard thing to do, and I would be maddened too, but at least moving away from this cesspool of a site will save you time and energy in the long run.

I have sent over 30 emails already.

Innocent until proven guilty should be the case. and if i was guilty, surely they would have contacted the police

Sounds to me like you've gotten illegal creds from someone down the line, and buying the duck notified them and they drew it all back to you. Surely you could just explain that you've done business by trading and making a profit hence all the credits, and that if you have dodgy money and can't trace the purchase from YOUR account, then you shouldn't be at fault? If I were you, I would've refused and told them to compensate the 850 since it's not even your fault.
